The Patchwork synoptics are used for the design and the visualization of the process scheme.
This technique is effective and economical, as it allows easy updates and expansions of the patchwork, even when plant is operating.
The framework is made​up of tiles of size 24x24, it’s available in different colours and self-extinguishing plastic.
The synoptic is installed on the front of the control panel, by a support grid; in the support grid will be inserted either neutral tiles or silk-screened tiles, with equipment and warnings (LED) for command and control.
The benefits are a complete and immediate understanding of processing functions, with a rational layout of commands and signals.
